Education Consultant

Position Overview

The Education Consultant will play a key role in guiding prospective international students through the application and admission process for institutions in the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and other study-abroad destinations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

This is a work-from-home role with flexible hours, suited for a self-driven individual who thrives in an independent environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Earthlink Consultants' partner institutions to prospective students across Europe and beyond.
• Provide expert counseling on study options, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Manage student inquiries through phone, email, social media, and virtual meetings.
• Assist students with application preparation, document reviews, and submission processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and internal teams.
• Participate in virtual fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate student records and track application progress using CRM systems.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.

Requirements

• Based in Europe with authorization to work in your country of residence.
• Proven experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or international admissions (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the USA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong online communication skills (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in higher education, international relations, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with international students or agencies.
• Established contacts in student recruitment networks (bonus).
