Фахівець буде відповідальний за організацію участі компанії в міжнародних подіях, роботу з підрядниками, координацію промоматеріалів і подарунків для партнерів, а також тісну взаємодію з PR-відділом.

Ваші навички:
  • Володіння англійською на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище.
  • Сильні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички.
  • Розуміння івент-індустрії та актуальних трендів.
  • Креативність та навички вирішення проблем.
  • Уміння працювати під тиском і вести кілька задач одночасно.
  • Високий рівень організованості, відповідальності та уваги до деталей.
Задачі:
  • Організація та координація участі компанії в подіях і конференціях.
  • Пошук, комунікація та координація роботи з підрядниками та постачальниками (здебільшого міжнародними).
  • Підготовка бюджетів івентів, контроль витрат, постподієва аналітика.
  • Генерація ідей подарунків для партнерів та повне ведення процесу виробництва, пакування та доставки (локально й міжнародно).
  • Пошук, замовлення та контроль доставки промоматеріалів і брендованої продукції.
  • Співпраця з PR-відділом (генерація ідей, підготовка брифів для дизайнерів тощо).
