Job Description
Project – the aim you'll have
Our client is a leading e-commerce company specializing in fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty – i.e., a retail/online fashion platform.

Type of Project

  • Projects often leverage technology to improve customer experience (e.g., virtual try-on/change in augmented reality, 3D fitting rooms) to reduce returns and improve satisfaction.
  • Also innovation in AI: generative content creation, improved marketing campaign processes, trend prediction, etc

Key Points

  • High Technological Maturity & Innovation: The company is heavily investing in innovative tech (AI, AR, digital avatars, virtual fitting rooms) to enhance user experience and reduce inefficiencies. Someone joining can work at the cutting edge of retail tech.
  • Scale & Impact Across Europe: The platform serves many markets, so projects (like improving partner integrations, or CRM/CRM-oriented Salesforce enhancements) will typically have a large user base and cross-border implications. Solutions built can scale and be impactful.

Position – How You'll Contribute

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create user stories, use cases, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design solutions.
  • Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT, SIT) and support deployment.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for end users.
  • Prepare business and system documentation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements

Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need

  • Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills.
  • 8+ years working on the Platform.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
  • Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
