As a
Workday Technical Support Specialist
, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution managing a complex HR technology landscape. You'll support the maintenance and development of a local Workday instance, ensuring seamless business continuity, system stability, and compliance across HR processes. Join us to influence process efficiency and system reliability in a highly regulated environment, contributing to innovative HR solutions on a global scale.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide first and second line support for user incidents in areas such as hire, job change, and rehire
- Maintain integrations and monitor interface accuracy to ensure data integrity
- Develop and enhance reports, configurations, and EIB solutions
- Ensure data consistency between the local Workday instance, SAP, and the global environment
- React to system changes, ensuring compliance with legal and GDPR requirements
- Maintain and optimize business processes and security groups
- Monitor system processes, integrations, and exports to prevent issues
- Support quarterly Workday releases and perform related testing
- Analyze and resolve system errors while proposing process improvements
- Prepare control reports and keep system documentation current
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday maintenance or implementations
- Hands-on experience with EIB integrations and Workday reporting
- Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, business processes, and security configuration
- Familiarity with SAP HR or other HR systems in integrated environments
- Understanding of HR processes and local legal requirements
- Experience working across production, sandbox, test, and implementation environments
- Knowledge of secure connections such as SFTP and PGP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow structured change processes
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in Workday or HR systems
- Experience with additional HR systems or integrations
