About The Role
As a Senior Power BI Specialist within Data & Analytics Competency Center you will play a critical role in shaping, implementing, and maintaining standards, processes, and best practices within the Functional and Core Center of Excellence (DACC). You will work cross-functionally with internal and external FTEs to drive operational excellence, improve compliance, optimize data pipelines, and promote innovation and scalability through standardization.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and maintenance of Power BI Standards, as well as Guardrails Creation & Management.
• Accountability over Security & Access Enablement.
• Automation & Optimization of Tabular Data Models.
• Acting as a guardian of Governance & Compliance/
• Development of global Power BI (and Fabric) solutions across the business functions – Corporate Finance, Sales, Category Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Research & Development and Human Resources.
• Explore the newest features of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform, including the preview ones, validate if and how they can be applied in the Reckitt environment.
• Contribute to defining and implementing best practices in Reckitt, being a member of the Global Business Intelligence team and Center of Excellence.
• Coach and train business users and junior team members in use of Power BI and Business Intelligence.
• Collaborate with data scientists and prepare compelling visualizations to identify business insights.
• Use advanced techniques and 3rd party software to optimize the large-scale solutions with huge data volumes (often going far beyond 1GB semantic models).
• Work in a team together with our Business Intelligence Analysts, UX/UI Designers and DE Developer to capture business requirements, identify the best solution, create design, and deliver the dashboards and reports.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), DataOps roles.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong command of JSON, PowerShell, YAML, and scripting automation.
• Familiarity with security access configuration, including RLS and OLS models.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) environment will be advantageous.
• Certification in Azure, Power BI, or Data Engineering is a plus.
