Technical Project Manager (IAM - Cybersecurity)

Model hybrydowy: Warszawa/ Kraków (6 dni w miesiącu z biura)

Rola dotyczy stanowiska Technical Project Managera z solidnym doświadczeniem w prowadzeniu projektów wdrożeniowych w dużych organizacjach, obejmujących liczne grupy interesariuszy. Idealny kandydat powinien wyróżniać się wysokimi umiejętnościami komunikacyjnymi w różnych formach oraz potrafić jasno przedstawiać wizję opartą na rozwijających się technologiach. Poszukujemy osoby z szerokim zapleczem technicznym oraz praktycznym doświadczeniem w realizacji projektów z obszaru IAM i infrastruktury.

Wymagania:

Liderstwo i Komunikacja:

  • Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne (praca w różnych kanałach, prezentowanie wizji).
  • Proaktywność ("go getter"), aktywne posuwanie prac do przodu.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia merytorycznych dyskusji i stawiania wyzwań.
  • Prezentowanie aktualizacji projektu interesariuszom.

Technologia i Adaptacja:

  • Szybka adaptacja do nowych technologii, pewność w rozmowach technicznych.
  • Biegłość w nowoczesnych protokołach uwierzytelniania.
  • Planowanie i wsparcie wdrożeń IAM Authentication.
  • Wsparcie testów PoC/ Pilot oraz planowanie wdrożeń nowych wzorców uwierzytelniania.
  • Współpraca z architekturą przy projektowaniu infrastruktury produkcyjnej.
  • Przeprowadzanie przeglądów technologicznych z właścicielami usług.
  • Znajomość JIRA/ Confluence.

Mile Widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym.
  • Dobra znajomość Multi-Factor / Passwordless Authentication (w tym FIDO).
  • Doświadczenie z EntraID / AzureAD.
  • Współpraca z globalnymi zespołami.
