Dla jednego z naszych Klientów poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko Senior Finance Controller. 

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z departamentami operacyjnymi, m.in. z działem sprzedaży.
  • Adresowanie potrzeb departamentów biznesowych do pionu finansowego i pełnienie roli łącznika między nimi.
  • Analiza danych finansowych oraz identyfikację negatywnych trendów i odchyleń od planu i prezentowanie danych w sposób przystępny dla działów operacyjnych.
  • Udział w raportowaniu i zamknięciach okresowych.
  • Analizy ad hoc.
  • Przygotowywanie rekomendacji biznesowych i ocena nowych projektów pod kątem rentowności i wzrostu biznesu.
  • Aktywny udział w procesie planowania finansowego.
  • Udział w doskonaleniu raportów zarządczych.
  • Aktywna współpraca z Zarządem i innymi działami spółki.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w kontrolingu lub finance business partneringu.
  • Wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne.
  • Otwartość i umiejętność budowania relacji w organizacji.
  • Zmysł analityczny i dobra znajomość MS Excel i MS Power Point.
  • Samodzielność i odpowiedzialność.
