Handles international employees' tax compliance, primarily focusing on preparing personal income tax (PIT) declarations. Communicates effectively with English-speaking clients regarding the tasks performed. Analyzes client data to ensure accurate and efficient tax settlements. Collaborates closely with other team members to provide high-quality service and support. Supports the database management and maintenance related to tax documentation. Prepares various tax settlements, including creating PIT returns and coordinating tax settlements on a global scale. Provide support in obtaining and analyzing data from clients for accurate tax reporting. Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing. A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes. Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines. Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of tax law, preferably in personal income tax, is a plus. Practical experience working with MS Excel is advantageous. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.
