If you match this description, get in touchWhat You will do:You will create all project plans and schedules in SAP PS – including alignment with customers, supply chain and external vendors.You will evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify up-selling opportunities in course of project.You will manage the project's Profit & Loss, secure and improve margin.You will manage all project updates and agreed alignments with stakeholders.You will pro-actively come up with improvements in our way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:You are fluent in English and Polish and Norgewian/ Danish/ Swedish.You are graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an engineering discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.You have at least 3 years of relevant experience managing business-to-business projects - ideally within the Lighting industry.You are an excellent communicator, change manager and collaborator.You are willing and able to travel >50% of your time.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
