Location:
Katowice (Hybrid model – 3 days/week in the office after onboarding

Salary
: Up to 13,000 PLN gross/month + quarterly bonus + annual bonus

Contract Type:
Permanent employment (full-time)

About the Role:

We're looking for several SAP Finance Key Users to join the Shared Service Center of an international logistics organization in Katowice. Depending on your area of expertise, you'll focus on one of the SAP Finance domains – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable – supporting daily operations and continuous improvement of SAP finance processes.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for finance users in SAP (GL / AP / AR)
  • Manage and resolve SAP-related incidents and user requests (Level 1–2)
  • Act as a link between finance teams and the central SAP support team
  • Participate in testing and implementation of SAP process updates
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and update process documentation and user manuals
  • Conduct user trainings and ensure consistent process standards
  • Propose improvements to make processes more efficient

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as SAP FI Key User or Finance Process Expert (GL / AP / AR)
  • Good understanding of accounting processes within SAP
  • Solid Excel and analytical skills
  • Fluent Polish and good English (spoken and written)
  • Availability to work in Katowice (3 days/week after onboarding)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Shared Service Center or international environment
  • Basic understanding of CO module or reporting tools
  • SAP training or certification
