As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for end-to-end process on dedicated portfolio of customers.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Conduct regular financial risk assessment reviews of our strategic partners on dedicated markets
• Support resolution of customer queries and maintain excellent business relations with our partners
• Collaborate with internal departments - Customer Service, Finance stakeholders, reporting analysts, tax experts, compliance team, auditors and others
• Support other streams within O2C structures with end-to-end process review and analysis
• Participate in internal reporting of KPIs to the line manager

We are looking for diligent, accountable agents, ready to develop their careers in finance world.

If below applies to you, you might be the perfect match for us:

• Very good communication skills
• Focus on details and overall diligence at work
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Fluency in English - B2/C1 level required

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Knowledge of elementary accounting
• Good time management skills
• Knowledge of the end to end finance process
