As a SAP Application Engineer – FI/CO, you play a key role in ensuring efficient, stable, and future-oriented financial processes across our global organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules according to business needs
  • Advise and support process owners and key users on process improvements and innovations
  • Participate in global SAP projects (rollouts, upgrades, implementation of new functionalities)
  • Ensure effective change and problem management, including support participation
  • Create and maintain documentation such as Business Process Procedures and user guides
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users (on-site and remote)
  • Collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the SAP Customer Support Cente

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and implementation in an international environment
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM, PP, SD, and HR
  • Solid understanding of financial processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and controlling principles (Swiss GAAP FER)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style
  • Excellent communication and consulting abilities
  • Team player with experience in international and cross-functional collaboration
