Category Development Manager
to join their fast-paced and high-performing
Eastern Europe Commercial Team.

The Role:

We're looking for a
commercially savvy, insight-driven Category Development Manager
who can turn data into action and create winning in-store strategies. Here's how you'll make an impact:

· Lead the development and implementation of
Category Management principles
and best practices across key markets

· Partner with distributors and retail customers to
grow category space, visibility, and performance

· Build compelling
category stories, insights decks, and sell-in materials
to drive range expansion and activation

· Translate data from sources such as
Nielsen
and
space planning tools
into actionable recommendations

· Collaborate with
Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams
to execute customer-focused growth plans

· Support range reviews, planograms, and innovation launches with robust category rationale

· Track execution standards, monitor KPIs, and deliver results across assigned markets

About You:

· 4–5 years' experience in
FMCG Category, Shopper, or Trade Marketing
roles

· Proven experience developing category strategies and building compelling retail arguments

· Strong analytical and commercial mindset with
Nielsen or similar data experience

· Skilled in
Excel, PowerPoint
, and planogram software

· Excellent communicator and relationship builder with cross-functional teams

· Proactive, organised, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment

· Fluent in English (Polish a plus)
