About your workplace

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Your responsibilities:

  • handling the operational procurement processes for Miele entities;
  • responsibility for comprehensive and on time execution of purchase orders in accordance with agreements and procedures;
  • conducting evaluation of suppliers in cooperation with strategic purchaser;
  • building suppliers' databases;
  • clarifying discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders on commercial terms and liaise with the finance department in this regard;
  • improving procurement processes and implementing new solutions and ideas.
     

Our requirements:

  • min. B2 level of German and English language;
  • relevant experience dealing with Procurement;
  • good MS-Office skills;​
  • team player able to work in cross cultural team;​
  • attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
