About the project:

In your role as a Business Expert serves as a pivotal role in managing and coordinating operational, strategic, and administrative activities within the cluster. This includes responsibilities spanning cost and resource forecasting, onboarding coordination, compliance with internal and external processes, and efficient communication within the organizational structure. The role is critical for ensuring the alignment of operational tasks with broader strategic goals, optimizing processes, and supporting leadership in decision-making.

What you will be doing?

• Manage onboarding processes and employee support
• Planning, reporting, and forecasting - support Key Area Office in the MYP (Mid-Year Planning) and strategy processes – plan, organize and coordinate events
• Act as the point of contact for both external and internal communications within the Cluster.
• Support topics of: Governance, Compliance, and Process Management
• Budget and resource allocation
• Oversee the Young Talent budget, IT trainees, and resource allocation for job fairs and talent acquisition efforts, manage ICC invoices and ILV processes, coordinate the allocation or movement of employees and resources across locations.
• Market Data analysts' tasks
• Work closely with the stakeholders to understand the business model and assess the specific market data requirements
• Provide guidance for development and operations using your business knowledge and take an active role in the communication with the business
• Generate and review cost & usage reports and discuss with the respective business managers

Alternative Tasks:

• Maintain and update mailing distribution lists.
• Work closely with OKR Champions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support strategic presentations and updates for IMB and other programs.
• Organize and oversee the title process for employees.
• Facilitate activities to strengthen the Cluster culture, such as Colorful initiatives.

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze processes and requirements
• Knowledge of audit and regulatory requirements
