Jako Tech Lead będziesz odpowiadać za kierowanie zespołem technologicznym, zapewniając realizację projektów zgodnie z założonymi celami. Twoje zadania będą obejmować zarządzanie technologiami oraz wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań technologicznych.

Opis stanowiska

  • Prowadzenie zespołu programistów (.NET / ), w tym mentoring, przegląd kodu, planowanie zadań oraz wsparcie techniczne.
  • Usprawnianie procesów wytwarzania oprogramowania poprzez wdrażanie i utrzymywanie najlepszych praktyk (CI/CD, testy automatyczne, jakość kodu).
  • Zapewnienie spójności i wysokiej jakości architektury aplikacji.
  • Współpraca z Product Ownerem i Project Managerem przy ustalaniu priorytetów oraz planowaniu sprintów.
  • Analiza i optymalizacja wydajności istniejących rozwiązań.
  • Monitorowanie efektywności pracy zespołu i jakości kodu (KPI, velocity, metryki).

Profil kandydata

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego jako Developer (.NET / Full Stack).
  • Co najmniej 2 lata w roli Tech Leada lub Team Leada.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość .NET / C# (preferowany .NET Core / .NET 6+).
  • Dobra znajomość (komponenty, zarządzanie stanem, integracja z API).
  • Znajomość Entity Framework, SQL oraz REST API.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Praktyka w metodykach Agile/Scrum.
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie z Docker/Kubernetes, architekturą mikroserwisów, chmurą Azure lub AWS.
