About the Role
Lead the security function and Security Office teamEnsure security and integrity of IT infrastructure, systems, and dataDrive development and implementation of security policies and controlsKey Responsibilities
Security Strategy & Governance: Define security strategy, enforce policies, advise leadershipSecurity Architecture & Engineering: Maintain security architecture, conduct reviews and auditsSecurity Awareness & Training: Deliver training programs, promote secure coding practicesCompliance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards, maintain documentationSecurity Operations & Incident Response: Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident responseQualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT/Security; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus5+ years in information security (strategy, governance, operations, compliance)Knowledge of frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10)Proven leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and decision-making abilitiesWhat We Offer
