As a
Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Specialist – Data-Driven Learning
, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, dedicated to safeguarding their digital environment. You'll help build resilient cybersecurity behaviors across global teams by designing innovative training programs and targeted awareness campaigns that turn data insights into meaningful security practices. Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver global and targeted social engineering campaigns to evaluate and enhance cybersecurity resilience.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify behavioral patterns, training needs, and knowledge gaps among colleagues.
  • Engage end users through research to understand their training preferences, behaviors, and awareness requirements.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of pilot projects for new learning initiatives, including documenting outcomes and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to develop engaging content, select delivery modes, and manage project timelines.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data visualization tools, dashboards, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Champion a customer-centric training approach, ensuring user needs and preferences are at the core of all initiatives.
  • Lead specialized cybersecurity projects aimed at enhancing awareness and tools, driving continuous improvement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity or risk awareness campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social engineering testing practices and behavioral science techniques.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and project management.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or relevant dashboards.
  • Familiarity with internal communication and engagement platforms like SharePoint, Degreed, or Workplace.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills (Fluent command).

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certifications such as CCBA or CBAP.
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or
  • A creative approach to training and stakeholder engagement.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
