Our client is an AI-powered platform that helps freelancers find remote jobs more effectively, a VC-backed startup ($1.4M raised), growing fast, and expanding  the core team to scale product and operations.

Looking for a Data Analyst to help them turn numbers into decisions: building analytics, automations, and data flows that directly impact growth, with full trust and ownership from day one.

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Finance, and UX teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Build SQL queries and dashboards in Metabase and Amplitude (or any other tool we decide together) to support decision-making
  • Monitor data quality and detect anomalies before they become fires
  • Analyze user behavior, retention, churn, and conversion across the platform
  • Support Growth with A/B test design, implementation, and interpretation
  • Support Finance with LTV, pLTV, cohort, and calendar-based analysis
  • Translate survey data and user feedback into meaningful research insights
  • Provide reliable, statistically sound answers to Marketing, Product, Growth, and CEO
  • Identify growth points for the business
You Must Have:
  • Solid experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a subscription-based B2C business
  • Strong SQL skills (Postgres experience is a plus)
  • Strong statistics and mathematics foundation
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver projects for multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (soft skills matter most here)
  • Experience with data visualisation and BI tools (Metabase, Amplitude, Tableau or similar)
  • High attention to detail, persistence, and ownership
  • Highest level of ownership and autonomy - you not just answer questions set by other teams, you deep-dive into data and come up with ideas on how to grow the business
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
Will Be a Plus:
  • Python for deeper data analysis and automation
  • Experience with anomaly detection or automated monitoring systems
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and advanced A/B testing methods
  • Understanding of subscription metrics and growth levers
  • Hands-on experience with Campaigns well or similar tools
  • Understanding of performance marketing, monetisation etc.

Team:
  • You will report directly to the CTO and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, growth and operations teams
