Job Description

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and T&E.
• Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier statements.
• Enter and maintain financial transactions in Xero.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timesheet records.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial files.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain recruiting and HR reporting.
• Help administer leave, benefits, and attendance tracking systems.
• Coordinate training, compliance requirements, and performance review reminders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Xero (must-have) and connected apps.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• English min. B2+

Nice to have

• Certificate or diploma in Accounting.
