We are currently seeking for a Site Engineer to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland, as part of a consortium delivering prestigious Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) Terminal Project, an international energy investment. The role supports the Interface Manager in coordinating technical documentation, meetings, and site activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in
    Marine / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Automation / Telecom Engineering
  • 2–4 years
    of relevant engineering experience (preferably marine, oil & gas, or LNG)
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (both written & spoken)
  • Knowledge of Polish language is must
  • Strong skills in
    MS Office
    and
    AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Interface Manager, identify, track, and manage interfaces between project stakeholders (e.g., engineering, fabrication, installation, marine operations, and third parties)
  • Develop and maintain the Interface Management Register and ensure timely resolution of interface issues.
  • Attend and document weekly coordination meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, logs, ICDs, and action follow-ups.
  • Conduct physical verification of action items.
  • Support the preparation of method statements and technical documentation.
