Your IMPACT:
- Verify, book, and settle financial documents related to business travel and employee expenses in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines.
- Audit travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Independently verify payment proposals and ensure their accuracy before processing.
- Reconcile employee accounts and documents, explain discrepancies, and take corrective actions; independently resolve non-standard cases.
- Handle employee queries regarding travel and expense settlements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of T&E transactions.
- Provide data and perform analyses for management, serviced entities, and audits.
- Archive documents correctly and systematically to meet compliance and audit requirements.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or Travel & Expenses area.
- Good command of English (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
