Role Description
A combination of a Scrum Master and Analyst. The Scrum Master part will be supporting team focusing on Reporting - SAP BW and DQ+. The Analyst part will be working across the ART supporting the discovery and assessment of new ideas and analysis of features in the backlog.

ART Overview
A part of the Service Domain Financial Accounting and Procurement, the Financial Accounting Release Train (FINAC) consist of four parts, The Accounting Workflow, General Ledgers, Tririga and Group Procurement.

The Accounting Workflow consists of GAI, TRAT/audit trail, Recon and Adjustment Tool is a set of core technical solutions within Nordea. It processes transaction and ledger data from all source systems, ensures data integrity, calculates some key data, applies accounting rules before onwards delivery to the SAP GL and the common data warehouse CDW.

The General Ledgers supported by Group Finance include the SAP GL, HFM and NAVI. SAP GL is the official GL for the main companies in the bank and SAP connects with HFM, where the consolidated Nordea Group is reported. NAVI is a General Ledger for a Nordea business unit.

Tririga is used to manage lease contracts and as a subledger for lease accounting related postings to general ledgers and HFM.

Group Procurement handles procurement invoicing and expense management, is connected via GAI into SAP GL

Scrum Master
Must-have knowledge and experience

  • Experience working in agile delivery, SAFe
  • Lead team and ceremonies, drive continuous improvements, and follow Nordea standards and frameworks

Analyst

  • Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements, by using data, process or information modelling.
  • Experience in Financial Accounting (banking)
  • Experience in Business Reporting
  • Experience in Integration patterns (batch and webservices)
  • Experience in Cloud Solutions
  • Experience in AI
