We are looking for an Intern, Procurement Analytics located in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and consolidate procurement data from multiple sources, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supplier reports

• Manage and analyse large datasets to support decision-making

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to help the Direct Procurement Team monitor daily processes

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and performance metrics, generating insights to optimize inventory and supplier delivery performance

• Learn supply chain processes to provide occasional support to the Procurement Team

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

Who you are

• You are a student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Logistics, or related fields

• You have strong analytical and data-handling skills

• You are passionate about data visualization and eager to work with Power BI; knowledge of Power Apps and Power Query is a plus

• You are adaptable, enjoy teamwork, and can navigate a dynamic, matrix organization

• You feel comfortable searching for information and collaborating across multiple teams

• You are interested in working in an international environment

• You are fluent in English

• You can commit to working at least 30 hours per week
