Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and
    account management
    skills that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experienced in coordinating
    offer
    preparation and delivering compelling business presentations
  • Understanding the business model of a service tech company that is responsible for delivering software and other IT solutions to external clients.
  • Positive attitude, natural passion for sales, and ability to deliver timely commitments.
  • Fluent in
    English (C1)
    with the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Unit Director, you will play a pivotal role in
acquiring new clients
and cultivating profitable relationships. You will work closely with experienced specialists who handle the technical aspects of AI solutions, allowing you to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service. In time, you will be in charge of
expanding the Chemical Business Unit beyond AI solutions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and pre-sales activities & presenting hands-on attitude to those activities. The main goal will be to bring a chemical/industry customer to Spyrosoft.
  • Building client relationships that last. Working as an owner with business development and support departments (Marketing, Operations Excellence, PMs, Sales Support, Recruitment).
  • Monitoring and overlooking successful delivery of the software development projects and services across the Business Unit.
  • Improving the growth strategy of the chemicals business unit with C-levels.
