The Role You'll Own — AI Product Manager (Processes)

Launch and scale AI initiatives that improve company processes and team efficiency - from opportunity discovery and roadmapping to safe implementation, team enablement, and measurable business impact

How Will You Make An Impact?

• Build and own a portfolio of AI initiatives across business processes (Operations, Marketing, Support, Content pipelines, Analytics, etc.) from idea to measurable outcomes

• Translate team needs into concrete AI solutions (automation, assistants/agents, analytics/forecasting), aligned with data, security, and IT architecture

• Establish governance and safety (privacy, risk, ethics) in partnership with Legal/Sec/Data - by design, not as an afterthought

• Drive change management: training, guidelines, SOPs, onboarding of tools, feedback loops, and adoption metrics

• Demonstrate business impact: time/cost savings, SLA improvements, quality gains, and internal NPS

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

Must-have:

• 3 - 5+ years in Product/Project/Program/Ops roles leading complex cross-functional initiatives; proven launches of automation/AI solutions.

• Strong product mindset: craft value hypotheses, model ROI/NPV, run experiments, and take solutions 0→1→scale.

• Solid understanding of the AI stack: LLMs/agents, RAG, integrations with internal systems, basics of MLOps/model limits

• Experience with data/privacy/governance (e.g., GDPR, access control, retention policies).

• Change-management and communication skills: enable teams, align stakeholders, and drive adoption.

It will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with Responsible AI/ethics reviews and collaboration with Legal/Sec.

• Track record shipping GenAI assistants/agents in processes (support, content pipelines, analytics).

• Technical background (SQL, analytics, integrations, basic prompt engineering).

• Relevant certifications/courses in AI Product or Program Management.
