Key Responsibilities:

The Pharmaceutical Wholesale Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations in Celltrion Poland to obtain a pharmaceutical license for warehousing and selling pharmaceutical products. Ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other regulatory requirements. This role ensures the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. The position also leads quality assurance activities related to warehousing, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other details:

• Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) activities in line with GMP, GDP, and Polish/EU regulatory standards.
• Lead warehouse operations, ensuring product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate supply chain processes, communication with SCM Team and 3PL logistics (procurement, productions, distributions, transport), ensure batch release and product distribution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA and SCM functions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and support digital transformation.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.  
• Minimum **7-10 years** in pharmaceutical warehouse management or pharmacy and quality assurance. 
• Proven experience with **GMP/GDP compliance**, regulatory inspections, and quality systems. 
• Fluent in Polish and English; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Preferred - Certified in **GDP/GMP**, Six Sigma, or quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
