Business Analyst:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a long contract based in Warsaw, Poland

Its paying well and my client can interview asap

Essential Skills:

  • Analyze and document current and future business process models, high-level requirements, and detailed functional specifications or Agile user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Guide and support Business Analysts and Product Owners in developing detailed requirements or user stories.
  • Lead/contribute to acceptance testing (SAT, UAT, dry runs).
  • Support IT solution implementations requiring GxP validation.
  • Communicate effectively with IT development and extended project teams.
  • Independently make BA project decisions with process, organizational, or program-level impact.
  • Tailor communication to various audiences and channels.
  • Act as Lead BA and/or Product Owner Delegate for large/global or multi-portfolio projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience with LIMS, ELN, Veeva Quality Systems, and data management solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, process modeling, re-engineering, UAT, OCM, and large-scale implementations.
  • Proven leadership and emotional intelligence.
