Responsibilities:
  • Revision of user reports regarding website content,
  • analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies,
  • making well-balanced decisions and resolving inquiries by flagging discrepancies according to internal guidelines,
  • using market-specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of the user community,
  • review of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing material.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish at minimum C1 level and English at B2 level,
  • availability to work on a 24/7 shift schedule (including weekends - two days off per week) from the office,
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail,
  • ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools,
  • neutral mindset and emotional resilience when reviewing alternative or sensitive video content.
