OMP Consultant

What You'll Do:

-Lead or support OMP implementation projects across modules such as OPR, S&OP, FCT, MEIO.

-Act as a subject matter expert on OMP applications and best practices.

-Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

-Onboard and train new consultants.

-Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

-Be available for occasional travel as required by the client.

What We're Looking For (basics):

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Economics, Finance, or related field.

-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain (FMCG, Pharma, or Chemicals).

-Full end-to-end deployment experience of OMP project.

-Experience in MPS solver setup and understanding how to do solver-tuning according to business need.

Direct experience with at least one OMP planning layer is required:

-OMP OPR/S&OP: Strong MPS/DPS knowledge, configuration, and integration.

-OMP FCT: Forecast configuration and integration experience.

-OMP Integration: Namespace, ADC, SAP ECC (master & transactional data), ERP integration.

-MEIO or Distribution experience is a big plus.

-Strong communication and documentation skills.
