Location and Work Mode:
Hybrid mode from Warsaw (2-3 days from the office per week)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
    Java
    Spring Boot
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift for containerization and orchestration
  • Integrate and manage
    Kafka
    for event-driven architecture
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle and MongoDB
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in backend software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Java
    and Spring Boot
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Familiarity with
    Kafka
    and messaging systems
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB)
  • Solid understanding of
    API
    development, web services, and microservices architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
