Junior Business Developer – Recruitment Services

Key Responsibilities

40% Recruitment (Delivery):

  • Search for, identify, and contact candidates who match your recruitment needs
  • Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
    (don't worry, we'll teach you everything)
  • Become an expert in your field, supporting your team and clients with your knowledge
  • Build a network through candidate calls and develop these relationships into potential clients
  • Leverage market intelligence from candidate calls to generate leads that can be converted into sales

60% New Business Development / Upselling:

  • Identify and create a list of target clients within your given niche
  • Reach out to potential and existing clients with compelling business pitches
  • Acquire new clients for Discover's services by actively establishing new contacts
  • Build strong relationships with both existing and new clients, enhancing your personal brand
  • Expand your network of contacts, participate in industry events, and promote the organization

Key Details

  • Full-time role
  • Base salary + uncapped commission structure

  • Office location: Kraków, Fabryczna Office Park
