Key Responsibilities
40% Recruitment (Delivery):
- Search for, identify, and contact candidates who match your recruitment needs
- Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
(don't worry, we'll teach you everything) - Become an expert in your field, supporting your team and clients with your knowledge
- Build a network through candidate calls and develop these relationships into potential clients
- Leverage market intelligence from candidate calls to generate leads that can be converted into sales
60% New Business Development / Upselling:
- Identify and create a list of target clients within your given niche
- Reach out to potential and existing clients with compelling business pitches
- Acquire new clients for Discover's services by actively establishing new contacts
- Build strong relationships with both existing and new clients, enhancing your personal brand
- Expand your network of contacts, participate in industry events, and promote the organization
Key Details
- Full-time role
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure
