This Position reports to:

Global Procurement Manager

You will act as the first line of support for Ariba Buying / SAP Fieldglass tools delivering comprehensive assistance to internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will range from guiding users through profile settings to troubleshooting and resolving a variety of tool-related issues. For more complex problems or those involving connected systems, you will collaborate with and escalate to specialized teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Resolving operational procurement issues via ServiceNow, including incorrect workflows, stuck PRs, catalog-related errors, and goods receipt discrepancies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating complex technical incidents to L2 support for resolution.
• Supporting onboarding and go-live preparations for new countries by configuring workflows, uploading catalogs, preparing organizational structures, and coordinating hypercare support.
• Maintaining and updating procurement workflows, G/L mappings, and supporting annual MDF-related data collection for live countries.
• Managing supplier and internal catalogs, including setup, configuration, imports, PunchOut integration, and ongoing content maintenance.
• Administering user access by resolving profile issues, onboarding new users, and ensuring accurate setup across platforms.
• Addressing master data issues, including supplier visibility in Guided Buying and verifying system integrations (e.g., MDG, SAP).
• Supporting and maintaining the SAP Fieldglass system, ensuring accurate configuration, issue resolution, and seamless integration with related tools.
• Driving continuous improvement by implementing WalkMe enhancements and managing content updates in Inside+ for user self-service and training.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly engaged in indirect procurement processes and enjoy working with tools like SAP Ariba, especially within the PR/PO module.
• You have 1–2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with the ability to demonstrate your practical knowledge and hands-on involvement.
• You are adept in SAP Ariba (PR/PO module) and are eager to grow your skills in procurement systems and digital tools.
• You are passionate about clear communication and effective collaboration, both with internal teams and external suppliers.
• You are self-driven and open to learning through hands-on experience, showing a proactive approach to continuous development.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is a basic requirement and provides a solid foundation for your role.
• You are at ease communicating in English, both in writing and speaking, enabling smooth interaction across global teams.
