This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Marketing Communication Specialist in Warsaw with Signify.

As a Marketing Communications Specialist you'll be responsible for establishing Signify as a leader in the lighting market by driving external and internal communication in line with the business strategy and with focus on sustainability. You'll manage the preparation and execution of the annual marketing communication plan, activate global B2B campaigns, design and run local B2B activities and campaigns, create content for activation in online and offline channels.

You'll be part of Marketing Communications Eastern European team.

What you'll do

• Define, execute, and evaluate MarCom B2B activities for different segments and target audiences
• Activate, localize, and evaluate global B2B Marketing Programs and Campaigns and create and activate local campaigns and MarCom sales collaterals (sales pitches, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, blog articles, POS key visuals, communication visuals, newsletters etc…)
• Coordinate presentation of the products on exhibitions, organize events/webinars for customers
• Define and execute Sustainability campaigns
• Actively work with Signify websites content updates
• Coordinate social media communication and drive content for social channels
• Manage agencies within the strategy and guidelines of Signify, provide brand consultancy and approval

• Graduate with master's degree in the field: Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Economy etc.
• Have min. 1 year of experience in B2B marketing communication, brand communication, preferably in a technological company
• Fluent Polish and English (both orally and in writing)
• Have experience in digital agencies management, creative/content/ agency management
• Have experience in social media management
• Able to translate customer needs into the content of communication materials (excellent at writing and reviewing content)
• Know how to brief an agency, optimize a media campaign against set KPIs, manage marketing budget
• Very good at MS Office – particularly Power Point
• Able to organize work independently and take ownership
• Open and proactive, excellent communication skills; team player.
