Pixel Power Management Software team leads creating and supporting software solutions to Manage, Measure and Monitor Pixel device power along with Detection, Attribution and Mitigation of Power issues in order to improve Battery Life for Pixel devices and by extension the Android ecosystem for a great end user experience with Battery Life.The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a high-performing engineering team, providing both people leadership and direct software contributions.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced software and firmware solutions for Pixel power optimization.
  • Mentor engineers and review team designs and code to ensure technical excellence, quality, and adherence to development best practices.
  • Serve as the go-to technical expert to debug and triage complex power issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Prioritize and drive optimization goals for system power, latency, and overall stability.
