We're now expanding to strengthen our infrastructure capabilities as Mittanbud scales internationally.

About The Role
We're looking for a
DevOps Engineer
to join our growing team in Gdańsk. You'll work in a stable and mature product environment alongside experienced engineers — maintaining, improving, and scaling our infrastructure as Mittanbud enters new markets.

We believe in learning and ownership.

Your Work Will Include

• Managing and improving infrastructure in Kubernetes clusters
• Using and optimizing AWS services such as EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, and Elastic Cache
• Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform (DNS, IAM, GitHub/AWS users, EC2)
• Building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for GraphQL and frontend deployments
• Monitoring and performance tuning using Grafana with VictoriaMetrics and VictoriaLogs
• You may also work with or learn:
• Humio/Falcon – centralized logging for Kubernetes and Logstash,
• Argo Workflows, Redis, Prometheus, Apollo Studio

About You
You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience automating infrastructure and CI/CD processes
• Strong English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively

It's Great If You Also Have

• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics / VictoriaLogs)
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and/or Argo Workflows
• Curiosity for new technologies and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel to Oslo once a year

hybrid model
, combining the best of both worlds — regular collaboration in our
Gdańsk office twice a week
and flexibility to work remotely on other days.
