Poszukujemy Senior DevOps Engineer z doświadczeniem w budowie i utrzymaniu infrastruktury w Microsoft Azure, automatyzacji procesów CI/CD oraz praktykach Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Jeśli masz strategiczne podejście do DevOps, lubisz automatyzować i rozwiązywać złożone problemy – to może być idealna rola dla Ciebie

Twoje zadania:

  • Projektowanie, implementacja i utrzymanie skalowalnej, bezpiecznej infrastruktury w Azure (App Services, AKS, networking, AAD, Key Vault)
  • Budowa i optymalizacja CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, PowerShell, Ansible) dla aplikacji .NET (desktop i web) oraz JavaScript (Angular/React/Vue)
  • Automatyzacja provisioning'u, konfiguracji, patchowania i compliance
  • Definiowanie i egzekwowanie standardów DevOps, strategii branchowania, wersjonowania artefaktów i governance
  • Monitoring, alerting, logging i optymalizacja kosztów (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics)
  • Wdrażanie praktyk Shift‑left security – integracja kontroli bezpieczeństwa z pipeline'ami (IAM, secrets, skanowanie podatności, policy)
  • Wsparcie zespołów developerskich przy rozwiązywaniu problemów z buildami, wdrożeniami i działaniem aplikacji
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie skryptów do deploymentu, automatyzacji i narzędzi (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Mentoring członków zespołu w obszarach DevOps, chmury, automatyzacji i bezpieczeństwa
  • Praca w kulturze ciągłego doskonalenia: przeglądy incydentów, eliminacja przyczyn źródłowych, metryki SLO/SLA

Wymagania:

Doświadczenie:

  • Min. 5 lat pracy z Azure: governance, networking, AKS, App Services, AAD, Key Vault
  • Ekspercka znajomość IaC: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible
  • Zaawansowane umiejętności w Jenkins CI/CD (pipelines as code, multibranch, shared libraries)
  • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python
  • Wiedza o build/deploy dla .NET, podstawy JS frameworks (Angular/React/Vue)
  • Bezpieczne DevOps: IAM, RBAC, skanowanie podatności, Azure Policy
  • Monitoring, obserwowalność, optymalizacja kosztów i wydajności
  • Git, wersjonowanie, governance releasów, zgodność z wymogami audytu
  • Troubleshooting (infra, sieci, kontenery, CI/CD, runtime)

  • Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, migracje między narzędziami CI/CD
  • Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux)
  • Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, PIM, Conditional Access
