As a
Mid UX Designer
, you will craft intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for B2C and B2B products as well as mobile applications. Your expertise in
Figma
, wireframe interpretation,
Design Systems
, and the end-to-end
UI/UX design process
will be key to delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, and other materials that support your solutions.
• Translate concepts into appealing, user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Improve processes between design and development within an Agile framework to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Participating in user research, collecting and analysing feedback from end-users and proposing product improvements accordingly
• Participating in workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements
• Taking care of visual consistency of the applications, maintaining component libraries and proposing improvements in the design system
• Collaboration with Scrum teams (PO, business analysts and developers) as well as stakeholders
• Keep up with trends in design, technology, and user experience. Share insights and drive innovation.

Your core competences

• 1-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Fluent English and Polish
• Strong skills in using Figma and Miro
• UI design skills, knowledge of best practices in UI design
• Ideating design concepts at both high and low fidelity levels
• Strong team-player with good communication skills
• Being well-organised, pro-active and able to work independently
• Ability to present and discuss design decisions with the team
• Eligible to work in Poland, based in Poland (we do not support visa/work permit - any option, as well as relocation)

Nice to have (optional)

• Ability to run user research and usability tests
• Graphic design skills
• Experience working in a Scrum team
• Experience in banking / financial industry or in SaaS products
• German language
