Your Role

• Build and maintain the LEO SAP extensibility strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technology requirements.
• Act as the Architect driving our custom development strategy with ABAP and SAP BTP.
• Establish a robust SAP BTP foundation for side-by-side extensibility and leverage no-code/low-code services to accelerate development.
• Develop and manage ABAP cloud, Java, and JSON-based applications to support business needs.
• Utilize relevant SAP BTP services to enhance extensibility and deliver innovative solutions.
• Revise and update custom code implementation guidelines to adapt to evolving SAP technologies.
• Ensure best practices for maintainable, scalable, and high-quality custom code development.
• Drive custom code quality assurance through proven guidelines for both classic ABAP and SAP BTP extensions.
• Revise and maintain key documentation, including development standards and programming guidelines, to support AI-driven code quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of extensibility solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with modern development practices.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, applying them to improve extensibility strategies.

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Proven expertise in SAP extensibility and SAP BTP as a Solution Architect or Development Lead.
• Strong knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms, ABAP cloud, Java, and JSON-based application development (a big plus).
• Familiarity with SAP custom code management and guidelines.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for AI-supported tools (a big plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and tools and/or with classic extensibility (ABAP).
• Knowledge of AI-driven code quality tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
