Role overview

The purpose of the role is to execute post separation network scenarios, support the design of physical product flows and processes in adherence to the new ERP offer while ensuring quality, efficiency in project delivery and service performance to our customers. This role reports directly to the Head of EMEA  Business Transformation.

What you'll do

The Business Transformation Coordinator will, according to EMEA Fulfilment management  priorities and guidelines;

• Engage with IT and Global Fulfilment team on process / flow re-design in alignment with the new ERP capabilities;
• Collaborate with IT development Team on delivering a new interface;
• Work on analytical models and simulations, including partnering with Finance to build Financial Business Plan;
• Work out a detailed execution plan while ensuring no service disruption;
• Follow up on receiving, shipping and logistics readiness;
• Re-direct all existing flows to the new selected warehouse in collaboration with Planning;
• Align on VAS activities with the commercial stakeholders;
• Ensure RA, scalability, customer experience requirements are met;
• Plan for contingency;
• Report out on act vs planned spend.

What you'll bring

• Experience in managing and overseeing complex projects in an international context;
• Good communication skills;
• Pragmatic problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle difficult issues;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools is preferred.
