Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Team as Talent Acquisition Specialist and support the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway) by being responsible for recruitment and sourcing activities.

The role is based in our Warsaw office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Intake meeting: gather requirements from the Hiring Managers.
  • Recruit with "Avature", our innovative ATS.
  • Set up an efficient recruitment strategy.
  • Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media.
  • Sourcing of candidates.
  • Selection of the right applicants.
  • Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process.
  • Participate in preparing an adequate remuneration package.
  • Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations.
  • Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Participate in training & development process.
  • Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment,
  • Fluent English language (both written & spoken),
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and diplomacy,
  • Well organized team player,
  • Discrete, as you will be working with HR data.

This will be your asset:

  • Knowledge of Swedish language.
