Senior Software Engineer
with a strong specialization in
AI agents

production-ready, AI-powered solutions
built within the
Microsoft ecosystem

This is a
hands-on engineering role
, focused on developing
pragmatic AI systems
(including
LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures
) that integrate seamlessly with
real-world data
and
business processes
in a
corporate environment
.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET / .NET Core.
- Solid SQL and relational database design experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Practical experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
- Experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar agent frameworks.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Microsoft Foundry.
- Docker / Kubernetes experience.
- Exposure to non-Microsoft AI tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI agent-based systems using .NET and Microsoft AI services.
- Design and implement agent workflows using Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
- Integrate AI components with enterprise APIs, databases, and services.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Make architectural decisions based on scalability, cost, security, and performance.
- Establish best practices for testing, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers where needed.
