Join our Order to Cash Department and become part of a team shaping ARLA's cash flow. We uphold the credit policy and manage receivables while providing efficient service to stakeholders.

As an O2C Senior Professional, you'll design solutions and improve accounts receivables processes, contributing to business goals. You'll gain international experience, develop skills, and participate in various projects beyond regular responsibilities.

If you have practical knowledge of accounting processes and a willingness to develop professionally, along with ambition and an international perspective, you might be the right fit for this role.

Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with the O2C leadership team to create reports that add value for SSC stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-departmental projects.
  • Coordinate process and technology improvements to support O2C Operations Strategy.
  • Perform unit and integration testing of new solutions, validate business cases, and support operational teams through changes.
  • Assist stakeholders in correctly applying processes and utilizing technical solutions.
  • Enhance service delivery through analytics and insights.
  • Continuously improve O2C performance management by tracking trends in metrics that provide meaningful insights.

Who are you?
You're open-minded, ready for challenges, and able to creatively find new tools and ways of working. You can plan and execute tasks across teams, resolve issues under pressure, and make independent decisions.

Furthermore, you:

  • BA or MA in finance, accounting, business administration, or similar.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in SAP FI, SAP AR.
  • Strong understanding of O2C processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical needs for application consultants.
  • Project management skills are an advantage.
  • VBA programming skills are an advantage.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
