We're currently seeking an
Accounts Payable Accountant (with German & English)
to join our growing
European Finance Operations
team. You'll play a key role in managing vendor relationships, resolving payment issues, and supporting efficient financial operations across 31 countries.

Team is based in Krakow, Opolska 112 Street - hybrid work model. We require to join office once a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring data accuracy,
  • Investigating and resolving complex invoice/payment discrepancies,
  • Being the go-to contact for business teams and vendors (B2B communication),
  • Supporting urgent payments and monitoring transactions,
  • Performing account reconciliations and clearing open items with partners,
  • Leading communication with vendors on outstanding balances,
  • Participating in system improvements, automation projects, and process standardization,
  • Supporting data analysis and metrics preparation,
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation (DTPs).

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in
    German (C1)
    and
    English (B2 or higher)
    – both written and spoken,
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes,
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field,
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems,
  • Excel and Outlook proficiency,
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional and proactive attitude,
  • Interest in process improvements and project participation.
