Zespołu Wsparcia Instrumentów Pochodnych (Derivatives Support Team)
działającego w strukturach Fund Accounting.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Obsługa instrumentów pochodnych (OTC derivatives) w portfelach funduszy inwestycyjnych.
  • Otwieranie i zamykanie transakcji oraz obsługa zdarzeń związanych z cyklem życia instrumentów pochodnych.
  • Analiza danych i dokumentacji dotyczącej instrumentów pochodnych w celu zapewnienia poprawnego ujęcia księgowego.
  • Kontakt z klientami i brokerami w zakresie wyjaśniania ewentualnych rozbieżności.
  • Współpraca z zespołem oraz wsparcie właścicieli projektów/portfeli.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki biznesowe lub finansowe.
  • Dobra znajomość zagadnień finansowych oraz podstaw instrumentów finansowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excela i Outlooka.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, dobra organizacja pracy oraz dokładność w realizacji zadań.
  • Odpowiedzialne podejście do obowiązków i terminowość.

  • Doświadczenie zawodowe:
    2–3 lata w obszarze finansów lub rachunkowości.
  • Umiejętności miękkie:
    komunikatywność, praca zespołowa, rzetelność, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.
  • Proces rekrutacyjny:
    1 etap rozmowy.
