Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Background in Government Affairs beneficial. 7-10 years of total work experience and at least 3-5 years in management preferred; Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred. The ability to work independently but also being highly collaborative across multiple functions. A proven track record in successfully leading and delivering fund accounting conversions In depth knowledge of EMEA jurisdictional requirements for OEICS, UCITS & SICAVs Client facing / management and senior stakeholder management experience. Project management skills Experience building and managing large diverse teams.
