For the new role you will support Category Commercial Heads in managing commercial projects and processes, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth meeting organization, and timely tracking of product initiatives. You will act as the central point for information flow between markets, teams, and leadership.

YOU WILL

  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of commercial documents, including launch calendars, SKU portfolio data, pricing, market share, and monthly updates.
  • Support Category Commercial Heads in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and briefs for key projects.
  • Organize key commercial meetings, including invites, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Track submissions, approvals, and progress of commercialization initiatives, coordinating with Development and Operations PMO.
  • Monitor key project initiatives to ensure timely product launches and synchronized communication materials.
  • Coordinate product sample availability and global portfolio support with Operations and Supply Chain.

YOU NEED

  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and/or sales & marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, MS Office, SAP, SharePoint, PLM).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactively share information.
