Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Assist in adapting the promotional calendar for the Poland and Baltics markets, adjusting it to local needs to support key trading periods.
  • Plan and coordinate instore POSM materials.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing tactical trade marketing promotions.
  • Cooperation with store and other departments.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in other daily tasks.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Min. 1,5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in retail marketing or retail operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student.
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
  • MS Office literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a 12-month fixed-term employment contract (with the possibility of extension up to 2 years) at 1/2 time (part-time).
