Recruitment Assistant

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing job advertisement content
• Translating job ads
• Posting ads on job boards
• Sourcing candidates using various methods
• Initial CV screening
• Scheduling and coordinating recruitment interviews
• Ensuring timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment process
• Contact with job portals and recruitment agencies
• Updating the career section on the company website
• Taking care of the company's positive image

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education (part-time students are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail
• Good self-organization
• Ability to manage documentation
• English language proficiency at min. B2 level

We appreciate:
