What you'll be doing

• Supporting the HR team and managers in labor, social security, and works council law issues
• Supporting the implementation of organizational changes
• Solution-oriented and proactive consulting for managers and employees
• Supporting and facilitating the employee lifecycle
• Supporting the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes and tools
• Participating in HR projects and optimizing all HR processes
• Professional collaboration with HR colleagues at a global level
• Constructive and trusting collaboration with works councils and all interfaces

What we need from you

• ​Completed business or law degree, preferably with a focus on HR/labour law, or several years of experience as an HR generalist
• Professional experience in the HR department of a service provider
• Excellent knowledge of labour and social security law
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills; Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(e.g. Polish) is an advantage.
• Experience with MS Office programs and remote working tools.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and a confident demeanour.
• Experience in dealing with the procedures and processes within a matrix-organized company.
